By accessing and using the Mitori website (mitori.ai) and platform services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.

2. Services

Mitori provides workforce intelligence services including desktop observation, workflow analysis, and AI transformation consulting. Services are delivered under separate engagement agreements that specify scope, duration, and pricing.

3. User Obligations

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information in all forms and communications
  • Obtain appropriate employee consent before deploying the Mitori desktop agent
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any Mitori software

4. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and technology provided by Mitori is protected by intellectual property laws. Client data remains the property of the client. Anonymised, aggregated insights derived from client data may be used by Mitori to improve its services.

5. Limitation of Liability

Mitori's liability for any claim arising from the use of our services is limited to the fees paid by you for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. Mitori is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
